Job description

As the Head of the Human Resources, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR operations, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and fostering a positive employee experience. You will be a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance and expertise on all HR-related matters.

Roles and responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding new hires.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolving issues fairly and effectively.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
  • Training & Development: Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • HR Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
  • HR Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, manage HRMS, and handle other administrative tasks.
  • Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
  • Employee Engagement: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • 8 to 9 years of experience in a Human Resources role, with proven experience in a management capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, payroll and employment law.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Experience with developing and implementing employee training program
