As part of your role, you will be tasked with developing new features for our internal order management platform that is built on Drupal, to improve the support team's service to our customers. You will collaborate with our international IT team to identify and resolve technical issues related to orders and other functionalities, and brainstorm innovative solutions to enhance website usability.

Although our registered office is in Pune and Operational Office is situated in Siliguri, now we are expanding our office network to Mumbai. You will be working from Mumbai and will be reporting to the Group CTO in Tallinn, Estonia.
It is essential to note that you are expected to attend a two-month training session in Tallinn, as part of your role.
